1. What You're Buying
Relav is a Framer template — a starting point you can build on, customize, and launch. When you purchase, you're getting a non-exclusive license to use the template for one project, personal or commercial.You own what you build with it. You don't own the template itself.
2. What You Can Do With It
You can customize it however you want, use it for a client project, and launch it as a real product. One license covers one end use. What you can't do: resell it, redistribute the files, use it as the base for another template or UI kit, or share access with others who haven't purchased.
3. Intellectual Property
The template and all its components remain mine. Your purchase gives you the right to use it — not to transfer, relicense, or claim ownership of the original work.

4. No Warranty
Relav is delivered as-is and tested thoroughly before release. That said, I can't guarantee it'll work perfectly in every custom configuration or future Framer update. If something's broken out of the box, reach out and I'll help fix it.
5. Liability
I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the template — including lost revenue, data loss, or anything outside of what was delivered. What you build with Relav is your responsibility.
6. Updates
When updates are available, they're free. There's no obligation to keep updating indefinitely, but I intend to keep Relav maintained as Framer evolves.

1. What We Collect
When you buy Relav, your purchase is processed through Polar — our checkout platform and Merchant of Record. They collect your name, email, and payment details to complete the transaction. I don't run a separate database of customer info. What I see is limited to what Polar shares in order notifications — typically your email and order details.
2. What It's Used For
Your info is used to fulfill your order, send your purchase confirmation, and notify you of any template updates. That's it. No marketing lists. No retargeting. No selling your data.
3. Third-Party Tools
Polar (polar.sh) handles all payments and acts as Merchant of Record. Their privacy policy covers how they store and process your data — you can read it at polar.sh/legal/privacy. The template preview is hosted on Framer, which has its own analytics and data practices covered by their privacy policy.
4. Cookies
I don't independently set cookies on the template preview. Any cookies present come from Framer or Polar on their respective platforms.
5. Your Rights
You can ask what data exists about you, request a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. For purchase data, contact Polar directly. For anything else, reach out on X: @oussamabuilds
